1 破損または欠品部品について

1.1 商品を受け取られましたら、開封前に梱包箱全体と各部品のパッケージ表裏を撮影してください。

1.2 部品の破損や欠品があった場合、追加料金なしで交換部品を発送いたします。

1.3 交換部品のご用意ができない場合は、欠品分に相当する金額を返金いたします。

1.4 撮影画像のご提出がない場合は、お客様ご負担での交換部品手配となる場合があります。

2 外装梱包について

2.1 商品は慎重に梱包しておりますが、配送時の外箱の状態は保証いたしかねます。

2.2 外箱の外観損傷は返品・交換の理由にはなりません。外箱は製品保護のための梱包材であり、製品本体の一部とはみなされません。

3 返品の手続き

3.1 返品は、事前に当社の書面による承認が必要です。無承認の返品はお受けできません。

3.2 返品送料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

商品は、有効な追跡番号のある日本郵便を使用して、元の配送ラベルに記載された香港の住所に日本から返送する必要があります。返品送料は購入者が負担します。

3.3 承認後は、14日以内に返品または交換の手続きを完了してください。各商品は交換１回限りとします。

3.4 返品対象となる商品は、未開封・未使用の新品同様の状態で、元のパッケージ、取扱説明書、付属品をすべて揃えてご返送ください。開封済み商品はお受けできません。

3.5 返送された商品が発送時の状態と異なる場合、返金額を減額させていただきます

For any reason, returns are not accepted in general.

For other issues:

1. Damaged or Missing Components
   1.1 Upon receipt of your order, please photograph the unopened package and both the front and back of each component’s packaging before opening.
   1.2 If any parts are broken or missing, we will ship replacement components at no additional cost.
   1.3 In the event that replacement parts are unavailable, we will issue a partial refund corresponding to the missing portion.
   1.4 Submissions without photographic evidence may require the Customer to cover the cost of replacement.
2. Outer Packaging
   2.1 While we take every precaution to package items securely, we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer box upon delivery.
   2.2 Cosmetic damage to the outer box does not constitute grounds for return or exchange. Product packaging is intended solely to protect the item and is not part of the product itself.
3. Return Policy
   3.1 All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by us in writing. Unapproved returns will be refused.
   3.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be returned from Japan to the Hong Kong address indicated on the original shipping label using Japan Post with a valid tracking number. Buyer will pay the return shipping fee.
   3.3 Once approved, the return or exchange must be completed within 14 days. Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
   3.4 To qualify for return, products must be brand new, unopened, and in original, resale-worthy condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Opened or used items will not be accepted.
   3.5 If a returned product is not in the same condition as originally shipped, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
